Burn time varies depending on the size of the candle. As a general guide:

• Small: 20+ hours - ideal for shorter moments or smaller spaces
• Medium: 35+ hours - everyday use
• Large: 60+ hours - extended burn for larger rooms

For optimal performance:

• Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn
• Trim the wick to around 5mm before each use
• Avoid burning for more than 3–4 hours at a time
• Keep away from drafts

Yes, when used correctly. Our soy candles burn cleanly with minimal soot compared to paraffin candles.

Wax melts are used with a wax burner. Simply place a melt in the dish and heat it from below using a tealight or electric burner to release the fragrance.

Each melt can typically be reused until the fragrance fades, depending on usage time and burner type.

Reed diffusers slowly release fragrance into the air through natural reeds, providing a continuous scent without the need for heat or flame.

Diffusers are designed to last several weeks, depending on room temperature, airflow, and how often reeds are flipped.
