Your Order

At Blended Scents, every product is carefully hand-crafted in small batches using natural ingredients and essential oils. This means we take a little extra time to ensure everything meets our quality standards before it reaches you.

We aim to process and dispatch all UK orders within 2–4 working days. During busier periods or launches, this may extend slightly, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Orders are shipped via trusted couriers such as Royal Mail or Evri. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

As many of our products are made to order, there may occasionally be delays due to ingredient availability. If this happens, we’ll contact you promptly and ensure any delayed items are sent out as soon as possible at no additional cost.

If you need your order for a specific date, simply leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

To fulfil your order, we require your name, delivery address, contact number, and email address so we can keep you updated if needed.

Delivery Charges

We currently deliver across the UK with the following rates;

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £50
  • £5.99 delivery for orders under £50

Delivery thresholds apply after any discounts or promotions have been applied.

From time to time, we may run special offers or discounts. These cannot be combined with other promotions, including free delivery offers, unless explicitly stated.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we reuse and recycle packaging materials wherever possible. This means your outer packaging may not always be pristine, but it helps us reduce waste and minimise our environmental impact—something that sits at the heart of everything we do.

 

Europe Delivery

We’re pleased to offer international shipping across Europe, so you can enjoy Blended Scents wherever you are.

Shipping costs are based on your location and order weight:

  • £9.99

All European orders are sent using a tracked international service, with an estimated delivery time of 4–5 working days (excluding dispatch time).

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs or local courier delays
  • Larger orders may require a signature upon delivery
  • For larger or heavier parcels, we may use an alternative courier to ensure safe and reliable delivery

We always aim to provide the most efficient and dependable shipping service, and may adjust couriers where necessary to meet this standard.

Returns

We hope you love your Blended Scents products, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Please note

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging
  • Postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photographic evidence, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used items unless they are faulty.
